However when i try tp up it to 3.4, prime fails after 2 minutes.

Why? :\

PS, i will get pics of prime failing.

ive upped the Vcore to 1.35 in the bios, but it says 1.312 in CPU Z.

I also upped it to 3.5, that is where i wanted to hit eventually.

Running prime atm, hasn't failed yet *touch wood*

Lets hope those extra V's help :)

My CPU cooler is at ~1150rpm...

Im sure it can go up to 2500rpm??

temps at ~60

45mins of prime

I would leave it on, but i put the case fans on the highest and my comp is in my bedroom, so....

Ill leave it until like 11-45, then ill go bed

thats still 3 hours of prime...

Right, I set Prime up this morning.

Left for 8 hours, completely stable :)

I was told by someone i would never get the most out of my 1066 Hyper X ram, i don't know how changing the dividers work, if some one could give a simple guide? :)

Got it solid at 3.5 with core temps of 60 and 1.328 volts :)

Could i get maybe 3.7? 3.8? out of this chip?

Im not bothered if i get much more out of the chip, will probs push for 3.6 on same volts, if its unstable ill end up staying at 3.5, dont want to over volt it.

What are the safe volts for this chip?
Ive seen some @1.45v??
If i pushed it to 1.45v i could maybe get 4Ghz?

I havnt run any games since upping it from 3.2 to 3.5 no. But im waiting for my new graphics card to come, once i get some spare cash :P

And i think it should make 3.6 with either the same or a tiny amount more volts, im not gonna let temps exceed 65 though :)

Sorry for the highjack, when running ibt with 4gb on a 32 bit os (xp home) is it a case of entering the amount of ram manually, im currently using 4gb (2x2gb). I ran it earlier with 10 runs succesfully on standard.

What? lol

ohhh right, how much of a difference did the water cooling kit make?

You increased your nb volts? I don't think I've changed mine :\ :P

3.3 isn't a bad overclock, your chip just isn't the best by the looks of things.

Im not going to invest in water for a while, im looking to up to either a e7500 or e8500 (depends on budget) in the semi near future, but this little e5200 has done one hell of a job for me :) 140% overclock :)
