Nothing impressive compared to what other people are doing but an achievement for me as i am a disaster time bomb when it comes to DIY 
Added a 120mm Akasa Ultra-QUiet to my side panel by cutting a hole in the side of my case so it was directed at the chipset and partially over my sythe ninja, as a result the idle temp of my chipset and PWMIC dropped from 51 to 41 and the cpu temp dropped from 38 to 32 (assumably because of more airflow) :X so in my opinion is well worth just sticking a huge fan over the chipset as it makes a huge difference
Will work on replacing the 80mm rear fans with 92mm aksa ambers soon as i get some time

CPU old: 55oC
CPU new: 50oC
Chipset old: 68oC
Chipset new: 44oC
Opteron 165 @ 2.5Ghz running p95 on both cores
