The Milltek on my brothers E39 M5 sounds about right, it is quite vocal at high revs, but is crucially quite civilised at low RPM..

Milltek only do a system for the M5 unfortunately.

Just to confirm that I have seen the light (oh pun!) since posting that and now have HIDs on my car
