I've been lurking in this forum for a while now and thought id share some of mine.
These are all taken on my 400D and 24-70 2.8 L which I got late last year.
That picture forces you to try and make a story to go with it. Mist, the strangely placed and isolated chair, that forbidding wall & wire. I think it's a really great shot.
seems most of you all like #6, which is good as its a shot i'm entering into a competition at my local photographic club. Took that shot only yesterday just before the mist completely englufed it

Yeah that is why it jumped out too me too - the others were too dark and just seemed too randomly snapped or trying too hard to be beautiful and have meaning, while this shot just does - like it has a story.
Reminds me of a cold morning after an aftermath, street violence and riots, or a street party or something.
