Hi Guys

This is my first site so be nice please, it is also still underconstruction but starting to come together now.

http://www.premierplantproducers.co.uk/

i do however have a slight issue the site displays how i intend it too in most browsers with the exception of mozzila firefox where it seems that the flash file does not fill the entire space in the header and leaves a line still showing the background through currently set to yellow.
i have created this using dreamweaver cs4 and like i said i still very new to web design stuff if you need me to copy and paste any of the code let me know.

like wise im open to any suggestions inkeeping with my brief the site is for the company i work for.

i look forward to some feedback from you guys.

edit * its worth mentioning i have checked the header div for any padding settings and as far as i can see there set to 0.*

The horizontally-stretched font in the menu and footer doesn't look great - that'd be the first thing I would change.

Like Craig-R said the horizontally stretched font in the menu and footer looks a bit odd

i'll build you up a decent site for a pack of beers? I know exactly the path you are going down and it's something simple and won't take to long. strange statement to make i know but i'm trying to build up a portfolio. In return however i would like to use your site as a part of my portfolio collection?

thankyou for the offer i would like to do this myself im kinda enjoying it and learning a lot too.

im going all bosseyed looking at the font now i have reduced the space between the lettering in the footer and il live with it for now but will look into it a bit later once i have more content on.

thanks again for the input guys

where to begin...
Why use an image for the footer, just use normal text - will be searched better by Google etc.
Why Flash in the header, just a waste - jquery will mean it's available to devices that don't support flash (Apple I'm looking at you)
Why images in the menu? - again bad seo, won't render great on other devices....

Other than that, it's looking alright....keep on building!
