As I have been going on about my "tastefully modified" focus for ages now, Being as I cleaned it to put some pictures on pistonheads and autotrader, I thaught I'd grace this forum with its presence, and also see what you guys reckon its worth.

Its got a £800 sound (quality not quantity) audio set up, all origonal parts. Its a silver limited edition 1.6 with a gorgeous leather interior, air con heated everything etc... etc... The exhaust is magnex full s/s 3.5" and isnt loud, just raspy. The wheels are lenso KR5's and 17" with 4 good toyo's
It has a ram air induction kit and koni adjustable suspension, the rest you can see.....

Looks v.tidy dude, but why spend that sort of money on a 1.6?

Resale value, i reckon the same as any other 1.6 on the market! The 1.6 is ideal for a first time driver, but no first time driver is going to be able to insure that with all MODs declared properly!

yea, I realise that now but I was young and stupid and wish i'd saved the money. I do like the car though, if it was faster I would be keeping it for a long time, I think it looks amazin and the handleing is awesome!

I don't like the alloys much and IMO debadging it just makes it look like a base model.

But as long as you like it... :)

Only the Focus badge has been taken off. The Focus does not tell you the model on them as much. For example standard my Focus does not say its engine size or model anywhere on it. The only badge on mine is the Focus badge.

Its not as bad as modifying a 1.4 like i have seen people goto stupid lengths modding on ffoc.

The front indicators can be sorted aswell to clears but its not the easiest thing to do.

Oakesy2001uk,

Nice Focus, still not 100% sure on the alloys. You tint the rears yourself or are they bought ones?

Also you using T-1R's on yours? Thats what im using on my Focus and really does help with the grip. :D

yea, there was only a focus badge. yes the T1-R's are very good tyres, would reccomend to antone, not too expensive either, it really does handle.

Have to disagree there, Toyo T1-Rs are the WORST tyres ive used on my car! My mate also had them on his car and said they were crap. Never ever gonna use Toyos again. Avon ZZ3s are very good tyres, excellent grip in the wet to.

£680 with the tyres on them. Id like to see those tyres in a 215/40/17 for £45 each! cheapest I can find decent ones are £70. Im actually swapping it now I think for a brand new clio. its a 55 reg 1.4 16v and some daft cow wants to swap me. its got to be woth nearly 2 grand more than mine. It will do for a few moths while I save up some more money for the beast that I will be driving in a few months!

paint looks good, but the wheels dont suit it, the grille is naff and the boot lid looks bare without badges.
Hope you don't mind criticism lol.

Bar the grill it doesnt look too bad (grill "styles" seem to change every 5 minutes mind ;) ).

Put the ST alloys on there please. The grey Focus with the ST alloys looks lovely in my opinion.

Please dont. Nothing worse than an ST lookalike, theres far too many already (plus your turning circle will be greatly reduced, just ask any ST driver).
