You could still get into Glastonbury. My friend couldn't make it as she was booked in to do a gig herself on the monday and didn't want to ruin her voice, she sold her tickets on ebay and sent them a copy of her phone bill to prove identity.

It may be against the T and C's but it's not illegal. All that it means is that you are breaking the contract by selling them on and the worst that could happen is that the tickets will be made void. Plus, these ticket companies only put these notices up to a) scare touts and b) to make themselves look more caring, it's like someone has already said they aren't going to check every ticket.
