• Competitor rules

Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.

My GPU is making massive vibrations and CRAZY noise.

It will be good as new once the fan is replaced so dont feel bad saying that if you sell it.

Thats unlucky having the blade drop off, im always sticking fingers in my fans when im trying to adjust stuff in my case but ive never had a blade come off, i always felt it didnt more dmg to me than the fans :)

I suggest your read Gibbo's post again - the OP obviously qualifies for this Turbo RMA service, as he has an Asus product bought from OCUK and that's currently under warranty.

It does not mention that only asus products bought from that day forward are eligible, why anyone would assume so is beyond me.

Wording is key mate, 'From today'-you don't get any clearer than that, goodwill could be shown but that's at OcUK's discretion...

Does this include purchases prior to this announcement within the last 3 years?

I had a fan bearing fail on my 290 PCS+, bloody thing was rattling away.

Luckily i had an old CPU cooler collecting dust, it donated its bearings and they fit, i didn't have to RMA it.

Those fans are bought in by Asus ecte..., they are mostly all made by the same manufacture and around 2 to 3 years ago you may remember there was a spike in GPU fan issues, mostly MSI but others too.

Its like there was a QA problem with the fan vendor, this may be the resemblance of that.
