iam getting very poor sli and i think its down to some stupid program its like it trying i under clock my card's to save powerand put just enuff mhz out of my gpu so it not like when it switches to a game it goes full speed it will just keep the setting playable which is annoying i dont spend over £300 on graphics cards just to get playable results i want high fps silky smooth game play..... i would like to know how to disable it or what it even is if any body has any idea's ?

Would be better to use grammer next time 
But if you say its going in to powersave mode it could be the possibility that your PSU cant supply enough amps to your 2 cards, which as a result throttles them down to a stable level.
Have you tried with one card and what is your PSU?
As a lot of people recommend here, try using a mulitmeter on your PSU, see its its stable and working fully.
