10 days in and I need to clean the plantatiin area. Problem is the scabs are still very hard and dark in colour. Ive tried wetting the area with warm water then rubbing back and forth with the tips of my finger. Some of the scabs fall of but some are being very stubborn.

Any tips?

If they're not quite ready just leave them and try again tomorrow, don't be too rough. They'll come off when they're ready.

It’s been 8 months since mine and I’ve noticed I’m getting a lot of dandruff.

What shampoo and conditioner do you people recommend?

Get some ketaconazole shampoo like Nizoral, great for a flaky scalp but also it's been proven to be effective in the treatment of hair loss.
