Bad? It feels really slow

62MB/sec average, I think my samsung spinpoints do right around there also.

Transfer rates are about right but there's something else running that's causing all the dips in the trace.

What are you doing when it feels slow?

Nothing

The pc feels so sluggish. I click the start button and it takes time to load it. Everything is always pausing and im always waiting.

Im tempted to buy a SSD.
