I haven't had any password change requests but on my security tab it has always shown login attempts from all around the globe for ages now. I change my password regularly and have 2fa so not really a concern. Still not nice to see though.

I've had my Hotmail for over 20 years and I've been pwned 10 times with it.
I get daily sync attempts with it but with 2 step there is nothing to worry about.
