I was watching YouTube and my mouse stoped working so I restarted my pc, and the keyboard followed suit I have tried many different things to fix them like checking to see if the wires were broken (they were fine) trying a new mouse (didn’t work) checking the power supply (works fine) I even used it on a different computer (worked fine) I have changed them to a different usb and it still doesn’t work I don’t know what to do and would appreciate some help thanks.

Do any USB devices work in your ports?

If not - Check Device Manager and check if the USB Ports have become disabled (via Universal Serial Bus Controllers).

*Computer spec?

The fact that you tried other ones in your pc and didn't work and you tried your ones in other pcs tells me it's a Windows software issue or bad ports. How many ports have you tried?

And what happens when you plug in a new device? Do you get the "Windows is installing your device" message?

A some AMD systems have been having issues with USB ports not working lately so not sure if this is connected? The fix is supposed to be coming with agesa 1.2.0.2 bios.

I've not heard of these. With new 5000 series chips only? B550 only?
