My Life Feels Empty Somewhat...

Strange, I've never heard of that happening before.

Well that was a long time ago, perhaps the privacy settings are better now, I think it was becuase I filled out what school I had went to and it started adding people on facebook that went to the same school in my year, there was definitely people appearing on my list without my ok, anyway I'm just not a fan of these social networking places, I actually think they a poor excuse for communication amongst friends, how hard is it just to pick up the phone? I just can't enjoy socialising with people via text.

I find it useful for keeping in touch with friends and distant friends and family who don't live in the country. I don't install apps on it, or use it other than putting photos on and keeping in touch with people. I certainly don't spend my life on it, but I do enjoy doing seeing people's lives on it. :)

Totally depends where your friends are though, if they even have access to a phone or are not contactable for whatever reason. For close friends yeah, I'd agree with you but it does have positive points.

Facebook is awesome it makes me feel normal reading all the trouble people have.

Plus it's also handy to read what people are making for tea.

I have just deactivated it and rarely ever activate it nowadays. Only if I'm insanely bored on the computer.

But then again I never used it actively. Only checked messages and wrote to people for birthdays, births, other big stuff.

FB can be an addiction... Identify what parts of it you are addicted to and try to cut down on them. Try to keep the useful parts of it, and you'll be fine.

In the end, I guess, you'll find that whatever it is that keeps you addicted to say, gaming, will be the same stuff that keeps you addicted to FB.
