The heat issue is annoying in such a tight case, but then my Geil stuff runs really hot too, so it's probably not going to make much difference in comparison.

yep couldnt agree more, im assuming your using the stock low profile cooler?

No, I grabbed one of the Akasa CC044 ones I mentioned in the other thread. It seems to do just fine, although my E6300 has always run burning hot (60-70c, it's never skipped a beat though). It's definitely nice and quiet, although hearing anything over the racket of the stock case fan is an achievement!
That's my next job, I'll either be replacing that with a Sharkoon or a Noctua in the extremely near future.
