My new 8800gtx is a nice tight fit in my shuttle....

I know that Shuttle PSU's are good but running a set-up like that on 'any' 350W PSU is asking for trouble, but each to their own. If it runs for more than 3 months I will be 'enlightened'
I been running this shuttle sn26p with two 7800gtx in SLI and then a ati x1900xt-x before my 8800gtx for about 18months.

Raikiri, are u speaking from actual experience or stuff u have read?

Both, I know someone with 8800GTX SLi, quad core etc. and it never drew more than 420w from the plug (at 80% efficiency that is only using 336w). I had a pentium D overclocked loads, 7800gt, 3HDs, 2 optical drives etc. and it never used more than 260w from the plug.

And obviously the fact 8800GTX SLi has been shown running on the 620w Corsairs no problem, and shuttles run loads of stuff on low wattage PSUs backs this up.
