My New build, 5GHz & 11 Million pixels of awesomeness!!

Finally completed my build, taken a few weeks of planning:

3x 27" Hazro WC 2560x1440

Corsair 650D Case
Asus Maximus Extreme Z
2600K SB stable at 5GHz 1.44v
16Gb Corsair Vengeance 8-8-8-24
2x MSI 2Gb 6950 crossfire
Noctua DH-14
256Gb M4 SSD
OCZ 1000w 80 plus gold PSU

Logitech Dinovo keyboard
Logitech G700 gaming mouse

Bowers & Wilkins MM-1 Speakers

Been an epic build, I am really glad about the 5GHz clock as that is what I was aiming for. PC runs very quiet and no extra fans have been installed.

The plan next year will be to crossfire the new 7000's when they are released. Even they will probably not be able to push the screens. This PC is for work first and gaming second. Gaming will be done on the centre screen rather than eyefinity.

Looks great but the heatsink surely would be better off rotated?

Thanks. The big fan at the top is pulling the air out. It won't fit any other orientation.

I found my DH14 works best like this, the hot air travels straight up and out via the monster fan at top.

Nice machine buddy! Thats how I wanted to fit my DH-14! but the 1st fan was fouling the GPU.Mines exhausting out of the rear.

What temps are you getting on the CPU under full load at that voltage?

After prime for 3 hours the highest temp on a core was 89c.

I get mid 70's when I run mine at 5.3Ghz on same cooler.

Yours will run a little cooler due to the 2500k not having Hyper Threading.I get between 60-68 at 1.37v at 4.8 Ghz on my 2600k while running Prime for a few hours, with the DH-14 cooler.
