There is no actual option to do that (as far as i have seen) but you can set the % speed of the fan. So when you're just in windows you could set it to a fixed percentage (ie 30%), then when you are gaming etc, set it to not let the remp go above a certain temperature.

Bit of messing about but good for stopping the noise from the card.
 
Silent PC Review is your friend.

The problem with getting mostly quiet components is it only takes one noisy component and you might as well not have bothered. You need ALL quiet components.

Turn the 80mm fan off and see what the noise is like. Smaller fans tend to be noisier.

I also suspect the graphics card. Power off and take it out. Turn the PC on (it might bitch but it should power on) and you can judge the noise again.

A lot of components are advertised as silent/quiet but are actually bloody noisy.
 
If you need new 120mm fans, I highly reccomend Yate Loons. Got a pair for my PC7+ today and they are brilliant.

Yates are really cheap but have some quality control issues. Sharkoon Silent Eagles are the best available that I know of. They're not too expensive either.

However - you don't neccesarily need new fans - try undervolting the ones you already have first.
