So the cooler should be pointing so that the outer fan blows straight out the back? and the centre fan blows in the same direction?

I just thought it would be better to have air moving over the motherboard? Not sure if I can rotate 90 degrees with this?

yea its better to blow air out the back of the case or up through the top.

and that 3930 will make a lot of heat

Doesn't look like I'd have enough clearance to rotate the cooler 90 degrees Should I just change the outer fan so that it's pointing inwards, therefore both will be blowing towards the top of the case? I'd have thought the rear fan would then drag this warm air out or maytbe I should move the rear facing fan to the top?
