My new HD has messed everything up!

Absolutely ******** brilliant. I knew this would happen. I just installed my third HD, and everything went fine. I tried to copy some files to it and it crashed. I then re-boot my computer to find out the Bios is running in fail-safe mode, and then...

NTDLR is missing. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL.

I'd really appreciate some help here. What have I done?

There might have been a lose connection in one of the Molex plugs, because a fan was acting weirdly - going on and off.

OK. The Bios had set the new drive as the boot drive. Everything OK now.

Not much point in this thread either.
