My new Ram speed

I have 4GB of OCZ PC6400 800MHZ Gold, I have recently overclocked my CPU to 3.0GHZ and left the setting for ram speed on auto in the bios, now in CPU-Z it shows my ram running at 1000MHZ is this o.k?

Had my PC on for 24 hours and ran several 3D Marks, this should mean stable yeah?

Also in CPU-Z Ive noticed my timings are 3:4 what does this mean?

the FSB: DRAM = CPU:RAM ratio - This means your Ram is running faster than your CPU, which is better than the other way around
