My New Routine (Hopefully)

I don't really like a lot of fish or meat. I only like Tuna and for meat, I only like chicken, ham :(

tuna steaks arnt exactly bad tho =) probably better overall than other meat (less fat).

try salmon poached or hot smoked are my favs (avacardo + poached egg + cut of poached salmon = winmeal )

I'm not sure how Turkey compares to tuna but it's also incredibly low fat and rammed with protein.

Tuna is fine, though it does have quite high mecury levels hence the recommendation for a few cans a week. Others will say different and I did for a period of time eat a can a day. It's upto you.

Update!

Sunday today, and my quads and hamstrings are sore, feels like I am limited with movement. Should I keep stretching throughout the day, and do my run in the morning? Or should I leave the run untill my legs feel better?

Personally I'd stretch a couple times over the course of the day. I'd give the run a miss as you don't want to over do it and burn out. You can go for an uphill walk though. That'll get you sweating and you've burnt some extra calories.

Update :D
Did a run this morning, got up at 6:00am, and left the house at 6:30am, and got back in the house at 6:47am. Around 8 minutes and 30 secs every one mile, not bad! Improved my time from the first run I did! Been eating healthy, not one bad thing I have eat since Friday, not much but it feels a lot to me :D Really happy up to now :D

Update!

Went to my diabetic clinic to do a check up. My weight is 14.3 stone atm. I do feel a whole lot better, and I have been eating healthy and drinking water. I feel so much better, I can get up in the mornings perfect.

When I'm running, I can recover quicker which is good :) And, I can see a little improvement on my body shape (Stomach has decreased in size a little bit) :D

Overall, I am happy and will continue :D
