Im connecting my new SSD on my Gigabyte X99 Gaming 5p mobo

which sata connector to I connect the SSD to? the manual doesn't state it,

I think anyone will do right?

Ive got 7 devices altogether 3 optical drives and 1 Hybrid drive and 3 normal HDDs, so shall I just randomly connect to all of them?

You should be using the SATA Express connectors for your main SSD. They are the light gray looking connectors. ;)

oh ok,i don't want to confuse you guys,so let me break it down

I have a light grey sata interface that's directly next to the black sata interface, the grey connectors look identical to SATA,but there is one SATA EXPRESS connection which looks like a mini version of a SATA connector, but I cant use this as I don't have the mini e sata cable

the motherboard states 10 sata's 6 of them SATA3 and 4 of them sSATA3

The SSD has only a standard SATA connection...

so do I use a SATA cable from the SSD to the SATA grey interface??

or do I need to buy that a special cable for that mini sata connection?

I just want to connect the SSD to the right spot so I can utilise the speed...

I thought you just connect your ssd drives to a normal sata connector, did not think the sata express special port was for your ssd.
