The increased air flow through the case will help keep your motherboard cooler too, well until you cave and WC that too

You should, ideally have those bottom two fans as push, but pushing IN to the case, so flip the fans to the under-side of the radiator, should increase over-all airflow in the case and take temps down with it

As it is you have the bottom rad and top rad fans trying to push air out of the case, so they are both fighting for air.

Flipped the fans for now but made no difference. I will put them underneath the rad tomorrow as ICBA today.

As a quick trial I'd spin the rear fan and have that is an in rather than an out and take out the slot covers between the two gpu's so the air from the fan blowing between then can exit.
