I was at Coloursfest '06 on Saturday and man was it a good night :D

The night started of for me at the Radio 1 outdoor tent with Dave

Pearce which was a nice warm up to the main arena, got me in the mood

nicely.

Spent most of the night in the main Radio 1 arena and saw Eddie

Halliwell followed by Armin Van Buuren then the show topping PvD what

a set from him. The night was rounded of by Judge Jules who played a

really banging set as well, maybe it was coz i was wasted but i was

jumping around like a mad man :)

Come 4am it was the end of the night but the crowd managed to squeeze an extra couple tracks from the Judge which made me the last one on my

bus lol. Got on the bus to find everyone waiting on me and pretty

hacked off but hey i had a good night screw them :)

Got home about 6am and couldnt get to sleep so i logged onto the BBC

website and had a listen to the PvD live set again and the tune

selection came flooding back. Sitting at work right now sleep deprived and knackered listening to PvD.

Quality night would highly recommend to anyone, its got me right in the mood for Global Gathering make me want to go now.

Oh did anyone manage to record Judge Jules set from Radio 1 as i dont have that only have the PvD one, would really appreciate if anyone could get a hold of it.

Wow, sounds like a great night! Shame on all everyone else on your bus for not being there at the end. I can never understand why people leave early!?

I've heard parts of the PvD set and it sounds amazing. What a way to start a set with Red Blue Purple, damn i love that track. Its always great when you can listen to a copy of the set you've seen live, i watched a short video from Gatecrasher last weekend that i attended and it instantly put me in a great mood and covered my body in goosebumps. Bring on my next trance night out :D

I'd love to go the ledgendry gatecrasher for a night of euphoric trance but its just too far away to justify myself. Are you guys all going to GG as Coloyrs has seriously put me in the mood :)

A broken leg wouldn't stop me going :)

The next big gatecrasher night is August 27th with Ferry Corsten and Eddie Halliwell (my 2 favourite DJs :D) headlining. It might be a treck but Gatecrasher nights have always been amazing from my experience and i'd thoroughly recommend going. I might even be able to put up some floor/sofa space provided you're hardcore enough to last not just till 6am but about 12pm when the afterparty finishes ;)

I used to have that mindset but if you're prepared to pay a little bit more you're guarenteed to find something decent within a short train ride. It's certainly worth the extra hassle!! Where is south shields exactly?
