After every reboot on windows 7 or lion, my onboard lan never works right away. It needs about 5 minutes before it will come to life. Never ran into a problem like this , very strange.
Got all the latest drivers for my motherboard and on board lan.
It's a Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3 rev 1.0 on latest bios.
It never fails to work but it's getting quite annoyance that I have to start it up and wait until the lan kicks in!
