My pc cant find my ssd drive

Hi, I have just got a 120gb ocz vertez hard drive i have put it in plugged in psu cable and sata cable and when the post screen comes on it says configuring sata port 1 or which ever no i got it in as i tried a few.

Am wondering if there is something i missed, i even tried changing ACHI to ide to see if that helps.

I also thought is it the ssd drive it self as i now plugged my normal drive back in to boot to windows and that runs fine.

My system is a intel i7 920 oc to 3.5 on a asus p6t deluxe with 6gb gskill ram

I even tried taking the overclock off to see if that works still no luck

Any help will be appreciated Thanks

Bios will be one that came with it last feb so not sure, and when i have the sata plugged in along side my main drive with windows booting up it just says auto configuring sata drive which its plugged into.

When i have the ssd drive plugged in it dont get past the post without pressing delete to get into bios

I have sas option turned off

I returned my drive to the other company they could not find fault, yet i purchased another one from here that runs fine.

Asked the other company for refund then as i still think it just didnt like my system or windows 7 and they charged me 15% admin charge.

Well Gutted.
