Turned fan speed down so i could go to sleep. :(

I was playing Deus Ex earlier too. Would have hated to see the temp then.
 
Nah nothing to do with the actual game. its running at 45 now.

Just showing that if you turn your fans down / off. don't forget to turn them back up again.
 
So the title of the thread should really say, I forgot I turned my fans down... It'll shutdown once it gets to hot anyway, no biggy.
 
Ah ha that'd make sense.. should just use afterburner and set a profile so that if the temp is below like 50-60 or what ever his idle is.. it sets the fan to 20.. and then if it goes up to 80-90 (i.e he started gaming) then it kicks the fan back in.. at least then if he forgets to change it his cards still safe <3

Here's a tip. The computer makes no noise when switched off. It's the best fan controller setting ever. Oh and unless you live with your parents or something why even have the PC in the bedroom!
