Firstly, welcome to the forum.

There are several things I would improve upon there. The motherboard is based on the older 965P chipset, you'll want one of the newer P35 based boards.

Also, although the RAM is good, a better option would be the Crucial Ballistix. This seems to be the favourite around here due to it's overclocking performance.

Again, although the CPU is very good, I would go with one of the updated C2D CPU's such as the E6750, which is actually cheaper than the E6600.

The 8600GT is just fine in my opinion, although some people on here may recommend the older ATI X1950 Pro. Personally, I'd stick with the 8600GT.

In conclusion:

Leadtek GeForce 8600 GT Extreme 256MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail
(£82.24) £69.99

Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-5300C3 667MHz Dual Channel Kit

Gigabyte GA_P35C_DS3R (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 & DDR3 Motherboard
