I got a GTX 670 about a week ago, have been playing fine until today. I smelled something burned this afternoon but wasn't sure where it was coming from. Then few hours later when I was playing again I started to smell something burned again and this time I could see smoke coming out of the PSU. I was trying to shut down my PC asap but it just died on its own.

The PSU in question is Corsair TX 650.

I need to order something asap, do I just go for similar 650W or something more powerful this time?

I have an overclocked i5 running at 4.6 and GTX 670.

Budget up to £100.

Was going to order something from OcUK but then I went shopping and popped in to a local pc store and they had the Corsair Builder Series CX 750W Modular '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply for only £72 so I bought that, all installed and everything is working just fine.

That trip saved me two days being without a computer :)
