Thanks for the tip on the FSB option, I will give that a go. Will I lose much in speed though for reducing the memory down to 323mhz ?
Not really... your memory's currently running faster than the FSB which doesn't give much performance benefit. When you get to know the CPU you can play with the FSB : DRAM ratio along with the CPU's multiplier to get the best FSB and memory speed. For example, if you can get the CPU to 3.2, you could drop the CPU multiplier to 8 and set the FSB to 400. With the FSB : DRAM ratio at 1:1 you could then run the RAM at 400MHz and use it to its full potential.
For now I'd reduce the memory speed to take it out of the equation, raise the CPU voltage slightly and keep going
