** MY REVIEW: ASUS 290X DC2 vs ASUS 290X REFERENCE!! **

Depends on your integrity I guess.

I am quite honest on here and remember we sell every brand and before I got the Asus in my own hands I made it clear on this very forum I was sceptical and worried over them changing to a mosfet for the memory.

Also if my review was bias then why would I be advising customers looking for benchmarking and mining to look at other cards with Hynix.

I am straight to the point, you ask me what you want a card for, I will tell you the best one for your needs whether it cost £100 or £1000. I have no interested in trying to flog you the most expensive card or a certain brand, we sell them all and we want happy customers, who come back and who trust us.

So no I don't think there is any conflict of interest!

Would you rather we were just like any other Etailor then and did not give you guys overviews and reviews of kit and insight on how to get the best out of them? I don't think you would to be honest. ;)

Well with that bull crap post about Corsair RAM along with all the marketing tosh in there which was just nonsense I think your integrity was severely damaged. Its funny how that thread seems to have dissapeared after the backlash....

Ignoring the corsair ram marketing (seriously, don't try that again, it taints great work like this!), yes I do :) Nice review, I see mantle for BF4 is now out in the wild too, would love to see your thoughts on this, how much extra performance in real world terms we are likely to see!

Did I post that or even comment in it, I think you will find not and for good reason. ;)

I'm being judged on a thread I did not post now or comment in?

And this is the kind of stuff that is greatly appreciated. Brilliant, down to earth reviews. But with all due respect, that marketing was promoted by OCUK, so whether you like it or not, you are associated with it too.

But anyway, what's done is done, hopefully it won't happen again and we can get back to proper, genuine reviews! Like I said, would love to see a mantle BF4 comparison sometime soon on a range of AMD cards :)

Judge me by what I post, that's like a member of your family committing murder and it being suggested you also will do as well, because someone in your family did.

So please judge me on WHAT I post. :)

I think speaking for a company is slightly different compared to a murder. It says OcUK Staff in your image thingy whatsit on the left for a reason.

Looking into the next couple of months, anything else going to happen on the graphics card front or is it a case of steadying the boat?

Exactly speaking for your company, your judging me on something I never said, so why judge me? Does the boss of the company you work for punish you when other members of staff break rules, certainly not at the companies I've worked for.

It's OcUK we work so it's OcUK which can be judged as a whole as we represent OcUK, but judge the individuals on there merit!

Graphics due in next couple months potentials are maxwell mainstream, Titan blacks, 290 X2 and 790 GTX, though the dual GPU cards are not confirmed.....
