My Router changed is IP address on its own?

Yeah ive dont that, but if they got access to my router settings then they would know what my wireless password is???
 
Even if they had wireless password it won't give them access to the router admin console.
I'm fairly confident there isn't an evil genius close to you changing your DG for fun.
