My tv is too sharp

hi guys, my pc is connected to my tv via hdmi and the image is way to sharp, i have tried turning the sharpness all the way down on my tv settings which did help but its still too sharp and doesnt look right. any suggestion that could help me solve this problem?

Change the settings on the pc as well.

there is no option to change sharpness on the pc, or at least i cant find an option

Has it always been like this or has it just started happening? When i tried connecting my PC to my Tv it was very grainy/sharp aswell.
