I demand to know where I can buy beef & mustard crisps around Southampton, I haven't seen them for years

Try local small convenience stores/corner shops. The more ethnic they look the better. Ive only found one shop locally which sells them which is a small newsagents next to henley station. I have seen them elsewhere in the country though so they are not impossible to find.
