Really hoping someone can save me here powers my system up ( just got home from work ) and the system is stuck on starting up and the little circle at the bottom just keeps spinning ?

Tried pressing F11 to start automatic recovery but that keeps spinning to .

Any ideas please not sure what else to try ?

Getting stressed as I have work I need access to .

Thank you

Try rebooting your PC about 3 times, during each reboot, you have to shut it down by holding the power button before it get's to the circle, then Windows may trigger the diagnostic screen asking for Safemode hopefully.

alternative is to get windows 10 iso burn to dvd or stick on a bootable usb and boot to that to get recovery mode.

Do a system restore to previous day it did boot as it sounds like its got stuck after a windows update.

Cool

Not sure what software you use to backup. I would recommend Macrium Reflect to do a full backup to an external hard disk, on my system I have Macrium in the boot sequence so if the unthinkable happens I can restore a full recent PC backup in 15 mins.

Thank you.

The home version, well worth the money. I setup my PC to do a full backup every 7 days. I had to use it once, I restored the full image from my internal hard disk to my 850 EVO SSD, took about 12 minutes.
