Hello, need some quick help.

I'm basically taking footage from a camera through to a hard drive (external) via Final Cut Pro.

I believe NTFS doesn't work on the Macs (as it's currently only letting me read from the drive) so what is the alternative? I assumed FAT32, however, isn't there some sort of file size limit on these?

I imagine the video footage in question will be pretty big in size, so I don't want to run into any complications half way through taking it from the camera.

Thanks for any help. :)

well according to this ntfs has been supported (for atleast reading) since 10.4.1

Alternatively format on the mac and get the macdrive software for the pc and read the mac formated hard drive

EDIT - this link says that with the help of mac fuse (download the dmg) that you can write to it too.
