Hi there. I've just bought a 250GB MyBook Premium and while I've found it very good to use I have a problem with it. Whenever I shutdown the computer the MyBook stays powered on but spundown and my Shuttle's PSU and fans stay on even though windows has shutdown. I assume the Hard drive is causing the PSU to stay on as when I turn off the computer with the MyBook already turned off the computer shutsdown fine. Any ideas how to solve this?

Did you install all the drivers/software off the CD? Have you tried using the usb connection instead of firewire (I assume that's what you're using..)
