I noticed yesterday. When do the clocks change as well? I'm totally confused because they've changed them earlier than usual in the USA..

Clocks changed this weekend in the US, ours go forwards the last Sunday this month.

Yes but they usually put their clocks forward at the same time as us. They've done it 3 weeks early to try and cut light and heat use. Which is why myspace is ahead. Normally it wouldn't have been the same.

speaking to an american right now, and he knows nothing about it being any differnt, meh, all it means is that i get my episode of prison break an hour early

On August 8, 2005, President George W. Bush signed the Energy Policy Act of 2005. This Act changed the time change dates for Daylight Saving Time in the U.S. Beginning in 2007, DST will begin on the second Sunday in March and end the first Sunday in November. The Secretary of Energy will report the impact of this change to Congress. Congress retains the right to resume the 2005 Daylight Saving Time schedule once the Department of Energy study is complete.
