is it safe to use my computer with condensation on it?
Absolutely, it means you can clock it really high and the condensation evaporating keeps it cool...

And welcome, good luck and never ever ask for pc advise in GD not because it's against any rules per se, more because you can't trust if the advise is serious ;)

Agreed. Most people in here are just a bunch of spammers. :p

The gigaflop drive might be causing the excessive amount of moisture. It's been known.

gigaflop? never heard of it, the 'puter is in the kitchen and the missus was cooking, the condensation was on it, not in it lol

on a totally unrelated note: i bought two bright white cold cathodes for my computer, but i then 'went off' the 'bright white' so i sellotaped the wrappers from Quality Street's "the big purple one" to the tubes (all the way round, no exposed white bits), just wondering, will it go on fire? it looks quite class and don't want to have to take it all off lol

yes i am a weirdo.
