N80...Bit of a problem!

Recently Ive been having problems with my N80 with it not playing the correct ring/message tone so I had a look around the options on the phone and it appears it couldnt find the memory card.

Took the card cover off and it appears to have somehow got jammed in the card slot...

Does anybody have any idea's on how to get it out or is it stuffed?

Well after a bit of a struggle I have managed to get it out and working again which is good news. I have no idea on what happened to it and how it managed to get pushed further down due to it being behind a cover, must be one of those things I guess.

Now to another problem I have which has probably been asked before.

Does anyone know how to fix the problem of when recieving incoming calls the screen goes really strange as in Green blocks and other strange things which means you cant see who's ringing.

No I havent had it updated...Unsure of how to check what firmware version it using.

How would I go about getting it updated then?

Type *#0000# it will tell you your firmware version.

Latest is 3.0617.0.6

If its less than that then take it to a nokia service centre to have it updated. As you live in Birmingham you can try the Carphonewarehouse at the Fort shopping centre, I'm sure there's others but I know that one is down as a service centre on the nokia site.

Just done that on my phone and the results are:

Nokia N80 (50.01)

I only live about 10 mins away from The Fort so I think I'll take a trip down there tomorrow to get it updated.
