N80 or K800?

How much are you looking to pay for the N80 sim free ? Cos i'd like to get one but sim free at release is going to be an arm and a leg to afford so a contract looks like my only option :o

lol, i'm sure it would work out FAR cheaper on a contract. :D

Just letting the punters know the release has been pushed back at vodafone!

How far has it been pushed back? By time this comes out I would have been off contract for nearly 9 months :(...

TMobile better be getting it - anybody know if they are or not? Would make my decision for me really as no other network has a decent tariff compared to FlexT

Dont know off hand what the final price is going to be but at the moment, the place im pre-ordering from has the price of £650 i think. But i reckon once its released it will be around £500ish which seems a fair price for a phone of its capabilities.

Kappa of course it will be cheaper on contract but i already have a great contract with o2 and secondly i wont be getting it from o2 as id rather do without the silly operator branding that they do to phones these days. Yes i know you could get it re-flashed to a non branded firmware but i havent got the time to go around nokia shops getting it flashed.

Pic taken with N80. Heard contrasting info on weather it has auto focus or not?

Initial speed of the handset sounds ok according to some of the people who have been able to play with test handsets. It's being compared to the 6630 in those terms. I suppose we will have to wait and see when they are officially released.

N80 is due 26th April but the N91 isn't due till 1st May.

N91 pushed back even further? O_o

Spawn, yeah i understand now lol! Its another one of those cases where I think £450+ is crazy for a phone, but then there are other things which i spend large amounts on which you might think is mad. :p

I'd say same as the n80, about £150 on the smaller contracts getting cheaper the more you spend per month. (Just a guess from me btw).

So is the N80 still due on the 26th April?

I waiting to get a new contract with Vodafone.

As far as i been reading and talking to a few friends that work for Vodaphone, not shop monkeys mind you...they are also saying 26th April but they cant be 110% sure.

Still showing as 26th of April on Vodafone's stock sheet, i think it would be a bit late to change that now. It only really gets changed if there are software issues, but i would imagine if there were any faults with the phone they would have been found by now.

lol, they most probably see the exact same webpage on the intranet as the shop monkeys do (i.e. me!) :p they always have the same dates as told in store. (in a vodafone store mind..not no Scam4U or anything lol)

Any ideas about the N80 on Tmobile (dont laugh - FlexT has me)?!?...

Was hoping I would get it before the latest offer ends, but Im guessing not - if it turns up by end of May Ill get it - would have considered sim-free, but £500+ just feels too much :p...

So, where should I be buying the N80 when it comes out? I'm not bothered if it's online or on the high street. I should be able to buy it on the 26th correct?

As ps3ud0 asked, when will T-Mobile be getting it - FlexT looks nice.

Yeah, I was looking at the E60 too. It's a nice size, has the same screen, still has WiFi and still has 3G. It's also got the easiest to use keypad I've seen in a long time. The Jersey site has the SIM free version for sale for £330, which isn't a bad price for a modern smartphone.

I think the form-factor still draws me to the N80 though.
