N95 - Go for it?!

Hi all,

A mate has offered me his 1 month old N95 for £280. Should I take it and run? It looks brand new tbh and has been looked after well.....its also unlocked.

Another question - I originally sold my brand new n95 when i got it (for £450!!) and I want to insure this one incase I get drunk and lose it. How would o2 react?!

You won't be able to insure through most normal means a phone you've bought second hand from someone else. (In fact, you normally can't even insure a bought phone after a certain period of time after you buy it). It might be covered for some types of damage by other insurance but I'm fairly sure you won't be able to cover it for accidental damage or loss. After all, how would they know you hadn't already lost or damaged it?
