N95 Message Moving

Hey all, had the old silver N95, and just got the new N95 8GB free with upgrading my contract, so I plugged my old phone in and moved all the data off, copied all my inbox to a folder on machine using the nokia file browser thing, now the problem is when I plug the new one in it wont let me copy the messages back into inbox :( anyone know how I can do it please?
 
I thought it was just a case of moving the text files plus the .mcr or whatever file it is associated with that text into the folder on the N95.

Either that or use Nokia LifeBlog to backup the old N95 and then transfer all the content to the new N95 8GB?

ummmm yea Ill have another go tonight, the problem is now ive moved all messages off my old phone so I doubt I can move them back into the inbox to try the Lifeblock lol :/
 
No worries bud. :)

You might also need to delete a message from your inbox in PC Suite before it'll start copying files to your phone.
