Anyone got any info/updates on this? I suspect it wont be out until Q2, I am praying not tho!
 
Well officially its due to be out Q1, but not too sure if this is reliable. Having a look around it seems that late March is quite likely.

hmm my contract expires at the end of this month..

The Nokia N95 will hit the UK market in the second week of March.

Distributors are expecting their first shipments of the device to arrive on the 7th, meaning it should filter down to dealers in the following days.

The N95 is Nokia's most highly specified phone yet and could be a means for Nokia to retake the agenda in the contract market, after a period of Sony Ericsson domination.

One distribution source told Mobile he had pre-ordered 2,000 units and that it was attracting a 'huge amount of interest' within the channel.

The UK is expected to have a two week exclusive over the rest of Europe on the N95. Nokia declined to comment on specific dates.

What is it with Nokia lately? They release these class phones, that look amazing, feel amazing, and on paper look like the best phones on the market. But then they'll mess it all up by having really bad battery life, buggy software and who knows what else wrong with it. Are they daft or something?
The N80 is a good example, excellent on paper. But bad software. Bad battery life. And the 3MP camera was pants.
Ive got a funny feeling that the N95 will be another turkey if the battery life rumor turns out to be correct. :(

I agree 100% but lets not jump the gun before its even out and bear in mind SE seem to do the same thing sadly (ie P990i)
 
Looks like this phone has disappeared, whats happened to it!? Zero talk from Nokia.

That doesnt particularlly make sense, you'll be waiting until December at the earliest!? :p Thats almost the length of a 12 month contract..

What do you mean it was correct? Do you mean O2 have a 2 week lead time or that the 2/4/07 date isnt correct and will now be out 16/04/07?

IMO the N series phones just arent worth the money they just all seemed to be seroiusly flawed

I can see why you would say that, lets see how this phone pans out. I am sure it will ahve teething problems initially like most smartphones from all companies, but fingers crossed Nokia have listened and got their house in order.:)
