I know it aint out yet but any word on the n96 connections? Just that I will hopefully be getting a DAB radio soon and was wanting this phone so was thinking about getting one with like an ipod dock.
What sort of things should i look out for in DAB radios? Am i also correct in saying theres like internet radios these days or is that just me getting confused?
Only other thing i would be after is one that doesnt have a light or glowing clock face unless i hit a button, my current radio is brightas anything.

whens this phone out as am going to be due an upgrade soon :)

i think i read around august time.

If you want this phone for free i think you'll have to be on something like a £50+ contract. If you're only on a £30 (which i guess most people are), i think it'll cost about £200-£250.

booh on stupid costs!

done a wee bit researched, internet radio (i really miss xfm in aberdeen) and then can just get an audio in port, may not be the greatest in quality but hopefully not much that i wouold notice.

**** say got my contract reduced to £35 a month now and ive still got my 800mins and unlimted txts :) XFM radio in aberdeen whats that when its at home as am in aberdeen lol

Is it me but the only gain over the N95 is the TV ?

...which doesnt work in the UK and wont until at least 2010! The new version of the OS is supposed to be decent - but on the whole its not much of a step up at all.

Your missing the 16GB of onboard memory with a microSDHC memory card slot. Since in theory it should take 32GB, that gives you a potential 48GB on a phone!!!
GPS has been tweaked and improved and the screen is a little larger (supposedly, couldn't really see it myself). Apart from that there isn't a massive amount, but its not a proper replacement but a follow up to the N95 8GB any how.

At the rate I am on in the past year I would've had about 8 phones til then probably LOL.

As for the 48G storage, great if you use the phone to listen to music, but it does nothing for me. I put a 2G card in my N95 but never filled it as I found listening to music on it a chore.

If you already have the N95 and thinking of upgrading to an N96?, Well I personally think you will be in for a big disappointment and waste of money because the N96 is basically an N95 but with a face lift and DVB-H which isn't available in the UK yet and don't know when.

Both N96 and N95 are technically the same, apart from the odd chip here and there.
