Name that odd stutter noise song..

Heard it on someones Ipod and he was vague about who it was from...

From what i remember (was a while ago), I think he said it's a song from DDR. and to describe the song, its a load of stuttering noises put together like a melody and it sounds rather obscure. Like towards the end of song 'session' from Linking park.

If anyone has any ideas, please drop 'em in, and sorry about my vagueness,

Very random guess indeed.. I really dont know how to explain this song...

The entire recording was just from Digital Noise samples. and it somehow made a tune that was just about audible..

Problem solved found it now,
The band/group was called 'THe Flashbulb'
