Name that song

I can't remember what this certain song I've heard last week is called.

I've no idea what year it is. All I know is the video is of the singer, singing. He is black and his face is shadowed throughout the video. Not completely shadowed, just round the edges of his face. I'd say it is probably early 90's!!! But realistically I have no idea

Awesome track, I want it.

Nope, it's not that one. The video is in colour and just shows the singers face as he is singing but it's all shadowed around him besides his face.
