name this game please(not much to go on)

its a upc oming title, my friend at work told me about it and had some google images of the game. its a big free roam game with massive drivable machines, set on another planet with monsters roaming around aswell as humanoid type ppl who are part of gangs.

now the name is something like broadlands or badlands. im sure it was broadlands but cant seem to find the pics, theres also vids on gametrailers, dnt know the name tho....its well bugging me.

one more clue, the graphics are like real clean cartoon style graphics

Does remind me a lot of crackdown, which is a good thing

The only thing it really has in common with Crackdown is the cel shaded art style. Really looking forward to this game though, sounds and looks fantastic.
