I am after the name of a product.

I will try to describe best I can.

Basically it's similar to a cable tie in function, except than instead of a flat tie it's very bumpy, the same as the picture below:

Normally there would be a sort of eye on one end, like a cable tie which the bumpy length threads through.
Anybody know what these sort of ties are called so I can go about sourcing some.
